Welcome to the Women’s Bar Association (“WBA”) and Women’s Bar Foundation (“WBF”) web site. The following paragraphs disclose our information gathering and dissemination practices. This privacy statement may change at any time; any changes will be posted on this page.
Privacy
We are committed to the online privacy of our web site visitors and recognize the need for appropriate protection and management of your personally identifiable information.
Personal Information means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, a home or other physical address and an email address or other contact information, whether at work or at home.

We will use your personal information to provide you with the following: the WBA’s Women’s Bar Review, invitations to WBA and WBF fundraising events, information about WBA and WBF programs, periodic WBF fundraising solicitation letters and annual membership renewal applications.
The WBA from time to time provides its member postal address and/or email address mailing lists to other non-profits and for-profit organizations and political candidates. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. Information regarding method of payment is collected for membership, events, programs and fundraising purposes and to check the users' qualifications and bill the user for products, services and donations.
